Wish Granted

by Denia   Apr 13, 2006

A lonely walk pass a graveyard leads me to one thought
All the bodies underneath were once alive like me
I bet at times they were troubled and said
"God, I really wish I were dead"
Looking over the field of tombstones
I do hear the wind whisper
"Wish granted, wish granted"
