The tape i replay

I sit here and think of what i should say
as the past rewinds and i press play

i see you and me together again
to think that it all must sadly end

my heart ache and pain it whats here now
a sad girl in a beautiful white gown

my heart fills up with those saddening tears
as i think about how i felt while I'm still here

you left me at the alter and you ripped my heart away
a memory in the distance hoping it wont stay

you made me feel helpless as if life was to end
and surprisingly it happen I'm in heaven again

a wish i once had is gone once again
as i sit here with you close to the end

your sitting by my side praying it will end soon
and you said if i left you wouldn't know what to do

the curtains fall the play begins
and sooner or later it is now the end
