Why Give In

I always thought I was by myself
I thought no one was there to care for me
I felt alone and small in this big world
But it wasn't that no one came in to help me
It was me who was blocking everyone out
Once I started talking
More people started listening
Even though my problems kept growing
I felt loved and cared for
I once thought of giving in
Dying in to the world
But I learned
You should never give up
No matter how hard it is
Because even though you might think no one cares
There's at least one person in the world
That loves you and couldn't live a day without you.
