Nothing ever turns out right

You say i have the easy life,
and i answer with a nod and smile,
you'd never know what's really inside.
noone knows that i run from the knife,
or what really happened when we were alone that night,
none knows that I'm running out of time,
that I'm loosing this fight.
and no matter what, nothing ever turns out right.
