Innocence

by manic moments   Apr 15, 2006

His innocents exceeds me
Running to flee
Those wings expand
Coloured to bland

Sarcasm as weapons
As tradeable as bonds
Lean body to die for
Many would for more

Three guesses at who this is
The name that would only be his
Integrity of a war survivor
But as young as a learner driver

How could such youth
Know so much condemning proof?
Maybe that is why
He now uses angel wings to fly

Knowing what he did
To do Gods bid
Caused him pain and death
Justice must be brought for this theft

Smile sweetly again
Going back to where it began

Back to the scene long since gone
Where his grave is, where the sun once shone
