I want no more chances,

I want no more tries

I gave you nothing thoughtful,
I gave you so much grief,
I was ever-doubtful,
I was a heart thief

I will wait my time

I'm not always honest,
I'm not always faithful,
I keep my own secrets easily

I hate my kin,
I hate those dreamers,
I have a different dream

I live a life introverted,
I live a life thats sad

I will still live it
I will still live it

And so

I got no more chances,

I, the one that dies

    I love this. As I read this I completely related I mean 110%. I felt a pulsating sorrow, yet total peace with it. It flowed perfectly not like reading it, but feeling it in my heart.

    "I live a life introverted,
    I live a life that's sad

    I will still live it
    I will still live it"

    I have to say, to me that is one of the most powerful statements in a poem I have seen on this site in a long time. A surrender but at the same time not completely.
