Breaking Me

You played me so well
Free love you where trying to sell
But it was never true
All these lies that came from you

You broke my heart in two
Then stepped on it with your shoe
There is nothing left to be done
Just push me in front of a gun

I can't believe I fell for them
The lies woven in your jacket hem
The aura I once found attractive
Was only camouflage, so distractive

Such deception is saddening
I was falling for you, how maddening
Go off with my heart in your hands
Listening to the sweet melodies from bands

I still bleed on from all your lies
Sorrow drips from my eyes
My body shakes with sobs
The knife slicing until it finally chops

I die with vengeance
Not that you where in attendance
No dignity to fall upon
No memories to live on

Just a shell of a person
Let this be a lesson
I never should have trusted you
Because you broke my heart in two
