Media

*Had to write poem for English..here it is..if anyone has any suggestions to make it better..I'd like to hear them.*

Churning out lies
Fabrication
Everyday
Another Creation

Based on truth
A glimmer inside
Brutal murder
From quiet suicide

Girls starving
From what they see
They want to be thin
They want to be free

The media’s happy
They got their scoop
The journalists pounce
Like eagles swoop

Lying in a bed
Feeble, can’t leave
Media makes the world bigger
Changes what you believe

Educating the children
Teaching them about the world
What really happens?
Real life unfurled

Blaming problems
On authorities, friends
Inventing reasons
It never ends

Send in donations!
Help the poor!
We would give something
But we’ve helped before

Media feeds
On other’s sadness
Laughs and chuckles
At rape and madness

What’s going on?
Outside your box
Showing you the world
Breaking the locks

So the media can help
And the media can hinder
Promote the truth!
Or burn it to a cinder.

This poem has a fantastic flow. I really loved it.

And it's so true. You tell it!

So much beneath the surface. Very powerfull write. And once again; very true.

Very well done, no critic at all, it's fantastic!
