He Stole Her Heart

She gave him all she had.
Told him she loved him,
promised she'd never leave.
She tore her heart
straight from her chest,
and handed it to him.
She gave him everything,
and he still wanted more.

He played with her heart,
led her on with his charm
and his sweet talk.
Told her she was the best thing
that ever happened to him.
He told her heart lies.
He ripped it up,
threw it on the ground,
and
never gave it back.
