She dug her own grave

by Ashley   Apr 17, 2006

Should she follow her dreams? Should she follow her heart? Her mind was confused, right from the start.

She wants to break free, she wants to be brave, but what should she do when shes dug her own grave?

She didn't follow her heart, she didn't follow her dreams, now their frozen over like a cold winters stream...

The days are ending sooner, the night are coming faster, the seasons are changing, her liefs a disaster.

Shes broken, shes tired, shes lonely, shes cold, the end is coming sooner, without anyone to hold.

What should she do? What should she say? She watches her life, as it fades away.

She sits in her room, she sits and prays, and asks God why shes been casted away.

With no one to listen, and no one to hold. Her heart is empty, her blood has run cold.

She sits in regret, she sits in sorrow, all she can do is pray for tomorrow.

She asks God for help, she asks God for light, please help her find her self tonight.

She looks in the mirror, and sees a reflection, and in her mind, its her own perdition.

But what should she do? Is this her liefs mission?

She opens her eyes, as the tears slowly die, shes done this to her self, she starts to scream WHY?

She doesn't wanna go, she doesn't wanna cry, she can feel in her chest, her soul slowly die.

She has to do something, she has to make change. But what should she do? And what should she say?

If she followed her dreams, and followed her heart, it all would have been better, right from the start.

But this was her plan, it taught her a lesson, her world will change like a heavenly blessing.
