It's the things I've never been able to say
That keeps me trapped inside me
It's the thought of the new day
The thought of you that sets me free

Just like the day
You're taking me over
Just like the night
You're pulling me under

I'm thinking of you
Under the cold night sky
Wondering if you are thinking of me too
Blissfully letting the night pass me by

Just like the night
Your eyes are the stars
Just like the day
You are the sun burning in my heart

Wondering how different the would could be
If we spent the night in each others arms
Wondering what my days could be like
It's the story written on the psalms
Written in my heart

Dreaming of you lying next to me
Knowing that everything's okay
These are the things you will never see
Holding your hand through the days

Just like the night
You'll always be there
Just like the night
You'll disappear

    Beautiful job, Ben. You used your words well, but as a tip, you should use punctuation at the ends of your lines, sometimes I get confused if the line after the previous is meant to go with it, or if it's completely different. Great work nonetheless, not your best, but it's pretty good. £> lovelove.
