Another day has started
Birds are chirping outside
Already another argument
I cover up and hide

Why is it so impossible
To make it just one day
Without a fight or quarrel
Getting harder for me to stay

I know that you love me
You know that I love you too
So why must we argue
About everything we do

I want to go an hour
Or two, or three, or four
Without a fight between us
I won't ask for any more

I can't take it all the time
My heart aches for happy times
