Goodbye is the hardest emotion

I love it when you are here
I hate it when you are gone
An emotional roller coaster I ride
Tears of pain to hard to hide

Made to always be second best
To be the one to carry blame
Though it is not my fault
I still apologies all the same

Take every bitter word
Slowly it destroys me
Smiling on the outside
So my pain you can not see

I surrender to this life
Knowing where is my place
Admire you from afar
If you could only see my face

The sadness gets to much to bare
I have tried to walk away
Our friendship though meant to be
Is the reason why I stay

So once more I say goodbye
Trying my best not to cry
