Deception

by Aliah   Apr 18, 2006

Deception
The anguish within me
The fallacy
You placed in yourself.

Deception
My poor dejected soul
The misery
As the dark clouds shroud the sky.

And pain and torment
Crying sleepless nights
And anger building up deep inside
I blame you
I blame you for this misery

You lied to me.
Yes deception
How could I believe
Your roguish theory

A straight-faced lie.
I placed myself in your control.
Strings attached I wish I could break them.
