My wall

All these tears inside me just won't fall.
Not now I've learned how to put up my wall.
All the hurt you caused is locked deep inside,
but its always been easier to go along for the ride.

hide from the hurt
And run from the pain
but no matter what its there just the same.

I cant go back to that place in my head.
For heaven's sake you made me wish I was dead.
You lied and deceived,
like i couldn't believe.

Now you go on with your life with no thought at all,
to how you destroyed me and made me feel small.
You caused so much heartache without so much as a glance
and to think i was stupid enough to give you the chance!

you stuck the knife in, right into my side
And i knew I'd been tricked when i saw how you lied.
So now the tears inside me just won't fall.
But its thanks to you I've put up my wall.
