I used to sit and write about you
I haven't done this in a while,
all of a sudden I thought of you
and couldn't help but smile.

I miss you, for the first time we're really not in touch,
and now i sit and realize how I miss you so much.

We've never been apart like this
but it's just a part of life,
it use to really hurt me that you had a new wife.

I always sit and wonder do you ever think of me,
or has every thought of us been erased from your memory.

I hope you understood my heart and how I really cared for you,
I remember you use to tell me you really loved me too.
