My Fake Halo

I'm your angel.
That's what you think.
The perfect girl.
Leaning over the sink.
Tears in my eyes.
The wonderful blue.
That glitter when I smile.
Or look at you.
See this halo?
Its golden shine?
My white wings,
won't always be mine.
My halo is slipping.
Down round my neck.
I feel the cold metal.
And the heart he wrecked.
Choke me, I beg.
Take away this pain.
Wipe the tears.
Clean up the stains.
Watch me laugh,
rope tied on my neck,
see me jump,
and miss the deck,
Watch me hang,
from the sky,
I'll be okay,
I love you, good-bye.
I'm not the angel.
You thought I am.
I'm not perfect.
I'm already damned. .

    I really really like this poem alot, I find it so creative and talented and words i cant descibe, it is so passionant the way it draws out what you find wrong about the ideas someone has persumed on you, if I'm wrong I apologise, I can really relate to this and I wish I could stand up to people but I am not ready but reading this poem I know you are strong, sorry if I got a lil of tract but its just such a beautiful poem.
