No more pain

How does it feel huh?
To want something you can`t have
I`ve felt this way for a very long time
But its time you got your chance

Even though I still have feelings for you
I would never confess this to you
Cause I trusted you with everything
And in turn you split my heart into two

I`ve realized something now
That I didn`t see before
I was blinded by your love
And the pain you`ve caused even more

You told me that we were gonna be together forever
But lies were all you told
You found someone else to replace me
And I`m just left here scarred and mad at the world

Now you say you want me back
And love me more than the world
I wanted to say yes
But instead...I told you no

You`ve hurt me too many times before
For me to succumb to you
My heart can`t take anymore pain
So I`m just gonna try and forget about you
