All these beautiful whispers
Speak ill of only one name
Another disastrous romance
One name to leave in vain

Another wasted mission
Stained by something once pure
She spun me round in circles
Now there's nothing but a blur

All those beautiful kisses
Torn away to leave a scar
One more excuse to make this right
Hazy eyes look too far

I cease to cry building up
I used to feel safe with her
With cracks I'm falling away
Her screams nothing but a blur

I gave to her my paper heart
Overcoming my fears inside
Just to be put within a box then draw
Like gifts so desperate to hide

Under my skin to let it go
Broken by what was once pure
Look at her now I can't say I know her
Now your face is a blur

    Hunny this is a fantastic poem! I've read it twice, cause after the first time I had to read it over, just to FEEL it again. It's so wonderfull.

    I love this phrase;
    "hazy eyes look to far"

    It's very deep, so much beneath the surface. Not just that phrase, but the whole poem.
