What a wonderful dedication to your mom Bert! I wish I had that connection with mine, but I'm a daddies girl although I do love my mom very much...I loved this write it was so beautiful! please keep it up ...stupid to say..I know ya will!

This piece is beautiful, its heartfelt and deep yet written with such innocence of these emotions. Being a Mum myself it touched me deeply, i can only hope to succeed with my children in the obvious way your mother has with you...like her you have a heart of gold - fantastically depicted the unconditional love of mother and child :o)
