The queen of hell

by the one they all forgot   Apr 20, 2006

She shouted to the sky,
As the rain began to fall.
What is my purpose here?
Why do I exist at all.
The lightning struck,
And to the ground she fell.
The ground beneath her opened,
As she fell right into hell.

The demons down there shuddered,
At the sight of her face.
The white dress she wore,
Looked so out of place.

They saw her standing there,
Sizing up the place,
They grabbed her by her arms,
And shoved her in his face.
The devil gave a sneer,
And said this will be brief,
Then grabbed her by her throat,
And looked from her head to her feet.
He roughly kissed her lips,
Then laughed till he cried,
Then began to cough,
Looking so surprised.

His skin turned to ash,
His horns were no more,
Then started to cry,
And fell tot he floor.

Then he disappeared.

She looked from face to face,
The demons looked confused.
She didn't know what happened,
But she knew what she must do.

She walked to the throne,
Then laughed till she cried,
They did nothing but stare at her,
Looking so surprised.

The truth finally hit them,
And the horn came out her head,
She was the queen,
And the devil was finally dead.

They didn't know what to do, so they just stood there instead.

They knew things would be different,
That all things would be well.
They cried as they bowed down,
To the new queen of hell.
