The Weather Today

The weather looks bad today
Another storm is coming fast
Just like the one from yesterday
Except this one's damage will last

It's pulling the sun down again
But this time it's not coming back
The darkness is over-throwing
Sunshine and beauty now lacked

The mist is fogging over now
Till the road is covered and unclear
The clouds grow thicker as dew builds up
The storm is now here

The rain is pouring heavily
Causing barriers to flood
The streams are flowing fast and long
They are deep and thick as blood

The lightening slices through the sky
For an instant everything slows
But once it goes over many times
It slices consistent blows

Once everything dries
Its wiped away
As if it never happened
Just like every stormy day

The weather looks bad today
The storm is going to spread
Just like the storm from yesterday
This one, is sure to bring red.
