My Hero

by Disenchanted   Apr 21, 2006

"Icy blue eyes
Emotions; all of them he hides
But I can see right through them,
Underneath he's really kind

He is unreal, made to compete
Once his soul was true
Now it has been tainted
He can never admit defeat

A man named Boris,
Changed this Russian Teen
Took his body
Changed it slightly
Made him emotionless
He acts cold and mean

But he's so beautiful
He would be even more
If only he smiled
He would glow so brightly
From mile to mile

Through and Through
He's like my hero.
How many times has he complained?
Zero!

One time he saved me
From freezing to death
I don't know how he knew
But he did it for the best.

That same thing happened
When I was thrown outside
To embrace the cold
I thought 'surely I'll die'
But he proved me wrong
He held onto me strong
And let me take his warmth.

And now I fall...
From the sky so high,
I don't know if I'll live
I don't know if I'll die,
No one tries to save me
No one sees me through

And slowly I Fall...

This time my hero isn't here to save me

I have to do this on my own now...

I need to be brave to save me...
