Gosh you dont even have to say anythng, i relate to this 100%!! I know exactly how you feel. My dad decided he wanted nothing to do with me after he found out i have a lung disease, and i will get sick alot, that was when i was 10 years old. For a long time i hurt so bad, my own dad didnt even wanna see me!! But now i realize he's a jerk, and I'm a momma's girl. I can get through this illness without my dad but not without my mom!! This poem you wrote touched me more then any other poem I've read today. I am so sorry that you had to go through the same situation i had to, for whatever reason.....just thank God you have a loving mother!
