To My Dearest Lady(Part One)

by Emily   Apr 21, 2006

What a beautiful letter.
Sealed with a kiss.
A letter from a man;;
Sent to his Mistress

She tears the envelope
And a watch falls out
She reads the letter
Wondering what it's about

"To My Dearest Lady,
How I love you so,
To a degree that not even
The finest Princess may know."

"I Love how every week
We share a wonderful night
To the bar or to the creek
Wherever it feels right."

"Your touch just makes me tremble,
From passion, not from fear
Your love fills my lungs,
I wish to scream for all to hear."

"Trust me it's true love.
Not just a simple affair.
I love it when you hold me,
With the kindest of care."

"My wife to me means nothing.
You're the one I adore.
Every date we have,
You leave me wanting more"

"Someday we'll runaway
&& I will be all yours
We can forget about our troubles
&& our life before.."

"If you don't understand
About the watch and what I wrote
It will connect all together
Turn to the back of this note."

    Amazing. It had a nice rhythm, and what I love about this poem is it makes you keep thinking after you read it. I can't wait to read part two. You had some great stanzas in there! Great Job.

    Thanks for the comments on my poems, they are well appreciated.
