Just Another Poem

Time's passing by
And I don't even feel it
To survive is all I try
But it swallows me bit by bit

Love's in my way
And it's torturing me
I want to fly away
So I don't have to see

Hope is fading away
And with it is the light
I don't know what to say
I don’t know what to write

Tears are falling
And leaving me here
Someone's calling
But I just don't want to hear

Light is dimming
It's getting dark
A single flame is burning
And all I can do is hark
