Apologies

Her eyes screamed out apologies
Her mouth screamed for his name
Her heart screamed out for him but he never heard a thing.
Caught in dead-fast silence
Not looking for anything
Finding though instead believing in an unknown pain
The choking feeling gagging her throat
Her eyes clinched with tears, sitting down at her desk she thought as she wrote
This tiny crack he placed in her heart leaves her lungs to choke
Gasping for air, her eyes fall so jealously on 'her'
She's fighting herself to believe
She knows she's not not in love, she just thinks of him constantly
She fights this thing called love
Love, Yeah, it's beautiful but with one slip it could be so deadly
Yeah, She may talk too loud, act like she doesn't care,
Make stupid noises, and laugh like a loser, but she's the only one that would do anything for him
Be there for him whenever he needed her
Fight through the bad times, Love during the good.
While love is at its height
Fear is at its climax
She wasn't prepared for a disaster this gorgeous
With one slipped word, one misspoken phrase
With one last phone call he gave her
One last goodbye kiss, he left her heart lying on the floor
Left her in a heartbroken mess
Why look for happily ever after
By that time the story is over
So what do you have to look forward to
Day after day nothing changes
But when he looks at her and actually acknowledges the fact she's there,
She finds it was all worth the wait.
You can call her hopeless but she calls it love
You can call her stubborn but it's part of her
Protecting her feelings from ones like him
If ever she believed he felt the same way, she was horribly wrong
Now sit down and shut up
She's ready to sing you her love song...
It goes..
"Her eyes screamed out apologies..."

I loved it. Why do we always fall for the one that treats so bad eh?
    Keep it up
