Closing the door

Last night i finally crossed the line
between happiness and pain
i entered a new world
no happy thoughts remain
i walked into the room smiling
and my heart plummeted to the floor
she lept form his lap
not quite sure what i saw
the look in there eyes
they new that it hurt me
but that didn't bother them
that i happened to see
what have i done to deserve this
all I've ever done is care
and it gets chucked back in my face
i guess liefs supposed to be unfair
but now I'm losing hope
theres nothing left to live for
I'm losing sight of why I'm here
I'm ready to shut the door
the door of life and troubles
