Over looking the edge...

by George   Apr 23, 2006

As he stood there, frozen stiff, looking down, staring into the darkness below, a single wet, salty drop escaped from one the symmetrical openings in his head.He thought of her long, golden hair swinging in the wind, her beautiful, blue-rimmed hazel eyes lusting him from within, and last, but not least, her angelic smile with those rosy, rosy lips slowly forming a crescent as she looked into his eyes he smiled and leaned over to kiss her. She was suddenly gone and his nightmare became his reality as he leaned and fell, fell over the edge. As the darkness consumed him the life within drained and his eyes, those beautiful blue eyes, turned black as sin. He was gone, gone forever from reach. Forever consumed by the darkness while looking, over looking the edge.
