Hollow Space

by SingleWing   Apr 23, 2006

I wanted to help her
See her take flight
I took her under my wing
And thought of her all night

I'd see her face in front of mine
And hope she'd feel the same
I knew what she was doing
Still to help her was my aim

I thought she was stepping forward
Coming out of the cage
But then it would all spill over
And then out would come her rage

And when it came it would overflow
And drown her again
In all her sorrows
I hated to see alall herer horrors

Listen to me,
I want you to see
Look at me in the face
And stop there from being
a hollow space

I miss you. I wish I could have helped you more...xx
