Regret

by Logan   Apr 23, 2006

I hate it when you cry
But I love it when you laugh
Seeing you makes me wish that part of me didn't die
So it isn't dead anymore and your leading me down your path

A path that leads to love or eternal misery in hell
So its my choice to make
Stay with you and pretend that all is well
Or leave you and regret that it was a mistake

With only a million things that could go wrong
So I guess I'll stay near by...for now
And we will walk along
With only a little bit of doubt

Days will be sunny like walking along a beach
With no other person as a threat
To us and our love, your hand is never far from reach
But we aren't together and it is my deepest regret.
