What could have happened between us?
I don't understand why you made such a fuss,
I love you and you broke my fragile heart,
What happened to you, you said you loved me,

You took me for granted, thought i would cheat,
But you're the one, who stole my heart then beat it,
You said all these lies, then accused me of lying,
How could you lie to a girl who only wanted love?

I only ever wanted you love in return for mine,
You were always so nice, you always asked if i was fine,
Whatever happened to the boy who cared for me?
Who said he wanted to kiss away all my tears?

You always made me feel so special and free,
Now you make me feel like i have nowhere to be,
I always thought you and me where meant to be,
Now all i want is to be set free,

Why do you have such power over me?
All i want is for you to let me go and set me free,
I'm tired of crying, I'm tired of this agony,
What would have happened if you believed me?

I don't no why you couldn't trust me,
I wouldn't cheat on you, you mean to much to me,
I cry every-night wondering,
What could have been, if only you had believed,

I'm going insane wondering why you now ignore me,
Maybe you should talk to me; all i want is for you to see,
See the love i could give, see how much i miss you,
I thought you were the one for me

Why cant you see I'm in pain without you here?
Ever since you went away i have had so much fear,
All i wish is that maybe one day you would come back to me,
And realize I'm lost without you,

You made me feel so good inside, made me change my ways,
I feel like now that your not here, I'm lost inside a maze,
I cant find my way out, i wish you would be my light,
Help me see through this darkness of pain,

Just give me one more chance to prove that you are wrong,
Every-time i listen to all those love songs,
My first thought is always of you,
I just wonder every-night, what could have happened?
