Slepping beauty

I looked in on you this morning while you were sleeping

i watched you breathe in and the breathe out
you smiled as you slept

"talking to angels" they say
but you say you were thinking of me

then you woke up and smiled
i just smiled back

you asked what was i doing
i just politely said staring

but in my mind as i smiled i said to myself,watching my sleeping beauty
