I remember

I remember those times
when there were no tears
no out bursts at night
or blinking back fears

i remember being happy
and laughing at jokes
hanging out with friends
now were no longer close

i remember my mother
and how she used to be
when i could talk to her
and she could talk to me

i remember having fun
everywhere i go
doesn't matter who's with me
i was never alone

i remember those things
because there all part of my dreams
for me it was never like that,
but i wish i had all those things
