Life and Death

by Dying Soul   Apr 25, 2006

The foreshadowing of Death
Can make you lose your breath.

The fear that it instills
Gives most people chills.

It brings many people sadness
And drives some into madness

Only for so long can you cheat it
But you'll never be able to beat it.

You never know what lies in store
Soon Death could be knocking at your door.

Life isn't just served on a platter;
You've got to work hard to make every moment matter.
