The girl

The girl with the perfect life
The girl with the hidden knife
The girl whos life is in a twist
The girl with perfect scars on her wrist

No-one can see behind her skin
The girl that lives a mile within
The one who cries just to sleep at night
The ones whos life looks so bright

The girl who hides behind a lie
She use to hope that she would die
She use to think that no-one cared
All her problems she never shared

In the end they all come out
And everyone knew without a doubt
The girl u think has a perfect life
Is in fact the girl with a hidden knife

A perfect life it turned out to be
Problem after problem no-one could see
But in the end everyone would know
The tears she tried to never show

This girl we talk about is me
And as she grows she starts to see
Her tears could fill a million ponds
Her lifetime friendships are great bonds

She sits alone and silently cries
As a million tear drops fill her eyes
And as she hugs her knees up tight
She hopes everything will turn out right
