My life is full of pain a pain that lingers around like a cloud of dark heavy smoke a pain that never seems to go away.It lingers around me like a smog that never wants to go away the pain in my life holds me back from loving you the way I should I try to forget and to love again but I can't I try to live with the pain lingering but my heart is cold and dead it doesn't want to let me open up to you it hates who I have been but yet it makes me stay this way for the fear of change is always there
