I should've just tried,
I shouldn't have kept inside and lied.

You were my neighbor
you were my friend,
You stayed that way until the end.

It was more than one night
It was more than one touch,
It wasn't your body I wanted so much

I felt the warmth of your hand,
I felt the warmth of your kiss,
I can't feel you now, Your closeness I miss.

If I could go back
If I could do it again,
I'd be sure to tell you,
you were more than my friend.

    I was going to just message you till I saw this poem. I can relate to that very well. I -really- like it. Simply written, but effectivly gets the meaning across. ^_^
