One little life that has taught me so much
Not understood by many
Who may take him as a joke
But loved by who have
Shared his experience and first words
He may not understand what a no means or a hug
But a smile in his face means the world to us
Cause words can’t explain what he tries to let us know
His looks are so deep that only he can know what he sees
There so much more
That I wish I could do
But it’s out of my reach
Even though I wish I could
He may not recognize the smile he gives me
But he does feel that I understand him
