The Rain Hessian

by White Blizzard   Apr 27, 2006

A man came from the clouds
Picking who to thrill and who to kill.
Making people smile, forcing blood to spill.
Drifting from town to town, giving smiles but mostly frowns. Cutting evil in two, restoring love to few. Realising there is nothing to save, choosing between innocence and slaves.
"This world is too far gone" saving them all would take too long. With one final act, "Magic will have to save the good from the evil fact" After Putting evil on the shelf, He's power couldn't save him from himself.

I enjoyed this poem, I really love reading dark poems and though yours was short it captured me and kept me gripped throughout, the layout was interesting making it like a story but still using rhyme which I enjoyed, this poem is a very good example of dark poetry and I am looking forward to reading more! Take care
