    Great poem!
Sounds like you are a smart guy--kick her to the curb and get someone positive in your life.
    Take care!

Hey where are you at in Illinois? Close to Carbondale? We have some Dohr's around here.

Nice poem . . . I liked the feeling of anger you portrayed, but then to say at the end that she is 'disconnected' as if it wasn't ever really her fault, and that you just have to keep moving on.

    Peace. [Sole]

You go boy!:P Don't let her take over you! What women can do to a man is strange. I am glad to say, I'm not that kind of girl;) Don't worry, there are some good out there!

    Excellent!

Good one! It was very heartfelt, and written on a topic we can all relate to in one way or another. I love the rhyme of all your poems and simply the profound way you word things. You are just an astounding poet, and I think now you are going to take a place on my favorites. Ciao. xxx 5/5

Great job. I loved this poem. I especially loved the part :

It wasn't worth ruining my life,
    over some disconnected girl.
I had to stay on track,
so I could make it in the world.

I could so relate to this poem it`s kind of scary. You are so right in your message to, we need to start getting the negative people out of our lives, so we can keep our own positivity. Loved it. Keep it up :)
