A Rose In The Winter

by Tyler   Feb 8, 2004

Silence Sliced though his heart/
Pleasant thoughts in his mind turned to dark//
knowingly pleading for this dream to awaken him/
the depth and clarity of this reality was fake to him//
This cruel awakening In his mind Flaring/
A Cold Expression on gods face, he saw there was no caring//
Just an unforgiving moment Staring/
And a deprived speech as hell drove him to glaring//
She was Gone, Snatched away by the hands of Lucifer/
His dying love he felt would remain forever News to her//
She was Gone, A Rose In the Winter/
Full To Torn, Beauty to cold, luscious to withered//
His Reality Remains, But a Rose In The Winter //
