Waiting here for you to come back,
I know it will never happen;
Could we ever get back on track?

I couldn't understand what happened; it was just too quick,
I thought we were stuck together like glue;
But I guess the glue didn't stick.

There's no way that I could tell you this,
I didn't have the heart;
But our friendship was falling into an abyss.

Farewell my friend,
I'll be waiting;
