In the summer time flies
As you waste your nights catching fireflies

Go to the movies with a friend
Fix anything that needs the mends

Play out side on hot days
Search your way through a giant corn maze

Go out and play catch with dad
Go buy some awesome new fad

Dont waste your time inside a house
Go outside and catch a mouse

Put down the video games
Summer is just fun and games

Go off to camp
Chug a bottle of Vamp

Hang out with friends
Notice all the twists and bends

But beware of time
Cause fall is hearing his chime.
