A simple band of silver.....

A simple band of silver I wear on my right hand finger. Oh it didn't cost much, it isn't flashing, and to the world it doesn't mean much. It's a simple silver band with our names inscribed and the tiniest little piece of diamond separating them. But to me it is a symbol..a symbol of my love for you, a reminder that you are special to me. That you mean the world to me. That our names on the ring are together as is our hearts, marked and branded for eternity. There is no end or beginning to this band of silver as is my Love for you. The diamond to me represents a love that is pure and beautiful. I have put this ring on my finger to never remove as a symbol of my unending love and devotion to you and to you alone. Yes, this ring might not mean much to anyone else, but to me it means the world as you mean the world to me in my life.
