Broken Hearted Heart-Breaker

by Meg Carpenter   Apr 29, 2006

A broken hearted heart-breaker
her name gives it all away
to the one that she loves.
Sitting across the room
wishing to be yours, so far I'm the girl next door.

A boy to go unnamed
One with a solemn face
looking as if her is deciding to ask her out.
To remain the one that he'll love.

A face across the room from her
that looks at her as if she is sometimes dead.
Living a life as if I were invisible
Living my life ever so miserable
Sitting here frantic, wanting your love.

Knowing never to receive it again.
I give it in to it now and then
I will never turn away like before
My heart could never be so sore
Messed up once.

Now to to be the dumb one
But I could never face life for u were my sun
that shone down to keep me alive
Now only to realize how deep of a dive
Into the ocean of pain I have toke.

Hoping to have you in my arms to hold.
Hoping to have your love back again.
Don't know how long I could go on like this.
I know I miss the taste of your kiss.
