Room across the hall

by megan   Apr 29, 2006

He heard her crying
From the room across the hall
Her words were all mumbled
He heard her take a fall
He thought about helping her
She wanted to find help
He didn’t know what to do
She knew what she had to do
He didn’t really know her
She went to the bathroom for a blade
He went to her room because everything fell silent
She was in the tub
Mascara down her face
He called out her name
She sunk into the water
He saw her face of lonesome and beauty
Her last vision was his handsome face
