We met in the fourth grade
a moment that I would not trade

It was best friends at first sight
A bond that was ever so tight

Through the years the relationship had evolved
it is around you of which my world revolves

The down side to this all
Is that you have not the slightes clue at all

I have harbored this feeling inside
hoping for a change in tide

Trying to forget
that you are truely my only target

I have finally became bold
to say everything that has to be told

I fell in love with you along the way and now that you know I hope you stay
