Kidnapped

by seth   Apr 30, 2006

Once a day
he sat at home
read the paper
drank his coffee
and looked for that one sign
that his son would be found
twice a day
between work and bed
he sat and prayed
that his son was ok
all day
she hopes
that she will get that call
that little ray of hope
never falters
all day
she sits
by the phone
waiting for a call
that might never come
she doesn't go out
and doesn't have fun
she waits
by the phone
waiting for a call
that might never come

That is sad because its so true! Gosh I hate seeing on milk cartons missing kids or getting them little things in the mail asking if we've seen these people..and its getting worse, now not only young children are getting kidnapped, but elders as well...its sick, really sick..and its us seth, we are the next generation that really needs to rise up and save our future to not getting worse! Great write I enjoyed the read!
