Everything you've ever wanted, you took
You have everything you want, left me behind
Walked right out of my life forever
Leaving this pain that stuck in my mind

You and me together, It was a perfect picture
It was happiness in my heart
But it's all gone, washed away
Picking up my life, not knowing where to start

I'll hit the gym, lift some weights
In hopes to get rid of some of this stress
My chest starts to burn, heart begins to swell
All these feelings, I try to suppress

I never meant for this to happen
I guess being friends was a big mistake
I'm taking my heart back from you
It's already shattered, you let it break

All I have left to say is
Sorry I wasn't that better friend
In which you have left me for
I'm letting you so my heart can mend

You left me here, Sad and alone
All because you have found better
I'm sure that you're happy now
